From the gossip I'm picking up, they won't be VIP-exclusive cars like the ZR1, etc. They'll be higher end cars already in the game, but yes, they'll only be gifted to VIP's - basically saving VIP's the hassle of earning the dough to buy them on their own. I haven't seen anything definitive on if they'll be stock or custom tuned and painted, but I know we won't get the normal 1/2 price back to sell them back to the game. A good number will probably follow my plan of putting them on the block.

Basically it sounds like they're giving the LCE owners the extra cars to avoid an uproar when the new DLC comes out. Works for me.
