Um, ok so who has kids? This is a total normal thing. The parents didn't have to do it for 3 min but still this is normal. My son does the same thing when he wants to go outside, I usually take him out and he is happy or I turn his attention to a toy or book and tell him we aren't going outside now.... They are babies and they really don't know the difference. A good parent would give them something else they are interested in and tell the baby not to touch the phone

Good observation, Lis...the girl IS cute and the parents ARE retarded. The baby's just reacting to instinctual like/dislike at that age but mom and dad are playing with fire. Exactly. That's a great example of redirection. Redirection enforces a child's sense of well being in that mommy or daddy dont want to be mean, just let them know what they can and cant have.
